A. I help business professionals master persuasive communication skills that positively impact sales, customer service, leadership and team performance.

Q. How do you do this?
A. I offer cutting-edge communication based training programs in a variety of platforms such as onsite and public seminars, individual and group coaching sessions and an assortment of informational products

Q. What are some of the results we can expect from your training programs?
A. Here are just some of the tangible and intangible results of my communication programs. Sharper professional image, improved employee morale, more cohesive teams, increased productivity, reduced employee turnover, improved customer service, increased customer retention and increased profitability.

Q. What is your field of expertise?
A. I am an expert in the field of persuasive communication and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)

Q. Do you focus on a specific industry?
A. No. Over the past ten years I have trained tens of thousands of business professionals from wide verity of public and private sector industries.

Q. How long have you been a professional speaker and trainer?
A. I became a professionally paid public speaker and trainer in 2007. Since then, I have delivered over 1,000 seminars to over 40,000 business professionals world-wide accumulating over 6,000 hours of stage time. This does not include hundreds of hours coaching private clients one-on-one.

Q. How would you describe your presentation style?
A. Over the past ten years I have had people come up to me and say that I remind them of other speakers. So, I guess if you put Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Joel Osteen and Dave Ramsey in a blender it would resemble me. I’m high energy and fast paced. I tell a lot of relevant stories that make a point. I use a lot of humor, a little edgy, a little spiritual. I don’t use a lot of PowerPoint (sometimes none) and I don’t read from a workbook. I keep it real-world and deliver a lot of useable content.

Q. Do you work with c-suite executives?
A. Yes. True professionals are life-long learners. Even veteran leaders will benefit from my communication training programs.

Q. Do you provide training Internationally?
A. Yes. I have trained business professionals throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, England, France, Bahamas and the Caribbean.

Q. Do you do keynote speeches?
A. Yes. I have delivered opening and closing keynotes at association events in the U.S. and Internationally to audiences ranging in size from 30 to 3,000.

Q. Do you speak for free?
A. No. However, I am willing to discuss options depending on the type of event you are promoting and the audience demographics.

Q. Do you have a book?
A. Working on it. I am currently working on my first book that will be available in early 2019

Q. Do you do private coaching?
A. Yes. I work with a limited number of people one-on-one.

Q. Are you a certified coach?
A. There is no certification requirement to be a coach. However, there are now several organizations that train and certify coaches. Be careful! There are a lot of certified coaches that have never professionally coached anyone. Look first for a coach who has a proven track record of getting results for their clients. But yes, just in case you ever asked I went and received a coaching certification.

Q. Do you do life coaching?
A. No. I don’t currently do coaching in areas such as relationships, weight loss, finance, wellbeing. Etc. However, most professional problems are personal problems and we may need to look at some of these areas to help you become a leader within your organization.

Q. Do you still teach real estate investing?
A. No, But I work with real estate professionals on persuasive communication skills.

A. There are many. God, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Joel Osteen, Jack Canfield, Tony Alessandra, Dale Carnegie, John Maxwell, Rhonda Byrne, Norman Vincent Peale and Tom Hopkins to name a few.

A. On a very limited basis.
