Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on monthly coaching packages that were purchased at full price after the conclusion of the first coaching call. If before the conclusion of the first coaching call you wish not to proceed with the program, you may request a refund less processing fee. No refunds will be given on hourly coaching, discounted coaching programs or programs with payment plans once payment is made.

No refunds will be given on virtual training workshops after twenty-four hours of registration and payment. Within twenty-four hours of registration and payment you may request a refund less processing fee. If unable to attend the workshop any fees paid will be applied to future workshops within one year.

Audio, Video Recording in Public Training Classes

Public training classes are subject to audio and or video recording and may be used for participant review and marketing. All audio and video recorded during training programs are exclusively owned by Carrow Group International, LLC.

Product Return Policy

Any returned product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Carrow Group International offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase on all products unless specifically stated. Items must be returned complete and undamaged.

Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address, and phone number.

Once you have the tracking information, please email us at robert@robertcarrow.com so we can refund you in a timely manner. Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card or by check. If the card has expired, please let us know the new expiration date to expedite your refund. All purchases are made in USD. Any refunds will be processed in USD. Carrow Group International does not account for any changes in currency value when processing refunds.
